Worst experience I’ve had with an online company.
30 days after ordering and I still haven’t received my products. What started out as an incorrectly printed address on the label caused my products to be returned to sender. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times to address the issue and was ignored.
I finally got a response last week apologising and was told my order would be resent. A week later still no products and no reply’s to my email asking for an update and tracking number.
As a first time customer this has been a frustrating experience. The lack of communication is horrendous and leaves me wondering how they maintain a customer base.
If I don’t get a resolution by the end of this week which will mark over a month since ordering, I will be lodging a complaint with Fair Trading and initiating a charge back through my bank to recover my money.

The order and shipment were smooth and easy. The payoff, however, is does the product work for me? The answer is, so far, no. It's only been one week and the survey came, in my opinion, way too soon. I'm not expecting anything to change, but, I'll use the entire bottle. If something does change, I'll come back and amend my review or write another.

How about I don't jump through any more hoops,eat the 30 bucks myself and if it ever happens again I'll find someone else to do business with.
The only problem I had was a damaged order I received around a month ago, it was taped up and shipped. I complained about it and was told to send pictures, which I did and was told I would be contacted with a solution, but I never was. I think your company has good products and poor customer service.
