Unfortunately when the delivery arrived, half the plugs were completely destroyed, and half the remaining were damaged. Only 3 plants survived, all of one of the varieties. I've ordered lots of plants in the past and not had problems, so maybe the courier has recently changed? Such a shame! And very disappointing.

My plug plants arrived in a mess, the packaging you use or the courier are not sufficient. My plug plants were battered and damaged, stalks bent, soil all over the leaves like they had been shaken. I planted them, but so far I think 2 have survived, the rest have died. I am very disappointed and have been meaning to email. I would appreciate a refund or some kind of refund.
