To make the most out of this plant, remove the main head to encourage side shoots of up to 11 spears and produce more food from each plant. This variety is also suitable for freezing, allowing you to harvest when its at its best and enjoy it at a later date.

The plants were poorly packaged and arrrived loose in the cardboard box, as they had come out of their modules. When I contacted customer services, I was told I was ineligible for a refund, because I had managed to save the plants. When I asked about compensation for the time this took, I got no reply.

The experience was terrible - plants arrived upside down an mixed up - just not packed well enough and too big a box so I can tell whats a cabbage and whats a broccolli let alove the different types of broccolli- ie autumn or winter - and YOU advice is to go ahead and plant them. You have lost my custom FOREVER more
