Sturdy design which looks like it will last. Easy to fill. Reviews all suggested this was truly squirrel-proof which so far seems true. Some suggested that it was also parakeet-proof but the larger birds can just reach the seeds by stretching their neck. That's a minor gripe - otherwise very satisfied as it is superior to my previous feeders.

I find this feeder to be the best for safety for little birds to feed in peace, starlings can't manage entry and they are my biggest 'thieves'.

The product arrived damaged and there were no more in stock but some more was due in within a couple of days and I was promised one of those as a replacement. I checked a couple of days later and the website showed stock available. A week later I had not received a replacement, I phoned them and they said sorry but the stock had gone elsewhere. I have now been promised a replacement when new stock comes in, due 25th - 28th June but I am not holding my breath that their stock system will allocate some stock to me.
