Healthy plants delivered in good condition
I already have commented
Exelent. & a prompt delivery which came well packaged. Exelent customer thank .
Healthy and sturdy plants, well packaged to arrive in good condition, thank you.
Poor customer service and irresponsible for their products. The courier was the party to be blamed for late delivery. The trader knew the delivery was late yet showed no interest in product's condition and the process may have damaged the plants. The condition of the plants were poorly. I was left with deep disappointment.
Still not received
Arrived safely and on time in good condition. Very good packaging, protected plants during harsh travel. Many thanks 👌
Very good one plant of 10 struggling but surviving up to now, packaged well tubers almost dry on arrival, slightly moist so immediate planting was needed

Settled in well look promising.
Thankfully they were packaged in the plastic tray, they are in the ground, looking quite healthy. I'm hoping they keep growing, unlike the Pink Convallaria.
1 plant died after 2 days
These were in the post for 4 - 5 days before I received them, out of the 5 plugs 3 had most of their roots broken off, the soil on the plugs was bone dry. I hope these were watered before they were packed, even if they were , the packaging was wrong . A Cardboard box with straw used as packaging this would have adsorbed if any moisture was on the root ball. I placed plants in water overnight and potted on the next day. So far they haven’t died just hoping they will pick up.
Excellent in ground almost immediately
Arrived as plugs bang on time and the high quality plants which have thrived since being potted on and I’m eager to get them in to the ground
Plants look OK but need to wait to see if they produce anything as only received them in second half of May
Good condition
