I am not doing well with my products ordered this year. Out of the 12 sent only 8 were viable. One was broken and 3 were so spindly they did not survive transplantation. BUT the 8 that survived are fattening up and getting tall nicely

I have purchased sweetcorn from other sources. Marshals have supplied me for years, the plants have always been well packed, and received undamaged. Other supplier did not take this care, so the plants received damaged and did not survive.

They’re looking half dead at the moment! Postman left card rather than leave delivery in porch as requested which delayed planting. 1 plant had stalk separated from roots on arrival. If they improve I’m happy to amend review.
