I was recommended Marshall Travel during lockdown and can honestly say they have excelled my expectations in every way. From the surprise thank you chocolates delivered to my door to the free lounge upgrade at the airport they have made booking a holiday with them a pleasure. The first holiday was unfortunately cancelled due to covid but Marshall Travel dealt with it all for us and chased up our refund so we didn't have to do anything. We booked a new holiday which did go ahead and Marshall Travel have been brilliant offering to check us in online and print the paperwork, checking everything is ok, providing a 24hr contact number if we needed it and making sure we knew our return pick up and airport details in advance. We have subsequently booked another 2 holidays with them now and can honestly say it is a pleasure to use them as they just make planning and booking a holiday so easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to book a holiday and have someone go that extra mile for you to make your life that little bit less stressful.

Geraldine provides such a friendly service backed up with the ability to make everything perfect. I recommend her to all my friends and wouldn't go anywhere else now - thanks again .

Excellent service really one to one planning and idea sharing all helps you find the perfect holiday for your needs 2nd to no one in my experience and I have on average 5holidays a year they really are a class act unlike my punctuation

I booked a trip to London through Marshall travel in July as a surprise birthday trip for my daughter. From the minute I contacted Marshall travel and spoke to Karen I knew I was in good hands. Karen went back and forth to get me the best deal she could and communicated at every step. The trip included tickets to Harry Potter studios and Sea Life Centre London. It wasn’t until I got the confirmation through that I realised transport to and from the studios was also included in the price! I couldn’t believe what an amazing deal we had received. 100% value for money! The confirmation also included an itinerary for everything we had planned and even went as far as to give us step by step directions on the best way to get to the hotel when we arrived. This was a massive help considering it was our first time in London! Karen and Geraldine knew it was a surprise for my daughters 11th birthday and mentioned they had picked up a couple of wee things to give her. I thought this was such a lovely gesture but I was absolutely blown away when Geraldine hand delivered a Harry Potter box full of goodies!!
My wee girl was over the moon and we were close to tears when she opened the box and read a hand written note from Geraldine and Karen telling her about her surprise trip!! What a personal touch and something that we will never forget. I would not hesitate to recommend booking with Marshall Travel They went above and beyond to make our trip special, thank you so much ❤️
