Bullies & harassing company.

They failed to retrieve the money owed to me by a dodgy trader who was issued a high court writ they done an awful job of doing anything! Now they are harassing me for the £93 admin fee which is supposed to be covered by my help with fees that was granted by the courts.
Terrible company to deal with they are bullies and harassers!

Their handling of the situation was…

Their handling of the situation was highly unprofessional. They were expected to provide a payment link but failed to do so. Instead, they arrived at our premises demanding payment without prior notice. When we explained that no link had been received, they insisted otherwise; however, when asked to provide proof, no evidence was offered.

We were dealt with by a representative named Sandalls, whose communication was poor and unhelpful. He appeared unclear on the situation and was unable to provide any meaningful guidance, which only added to the frustration. A formal complaint will be submitted in due course.

Inappropriate pestering

This company constantly text me and give me missed calls. I have no debts to
My knowledge so what’s their issue. Please this company need to be investigated before they pick on elderly or otherwise less privileged innocent people. Instead if they have anything to say they could email or post, communication is not difficult nowadays.

This company is one of the worst…

This company is one of the worst companies I ever come across. There is absolutely zero percent chance of speaking to an actual human being to arrange a payment plan. I feel its actually a strategy of this company to operate like this so it can extort more fees. Very, very corrupt mindset, any company that doesn’t communicate with anyone on a normal vocal conversation level, and also doesn’t leave any email address, or only has bots on the phone line and live chat is certainly a corrupt company and is out to extort every penny it possibly can from peoples pockets. Absolute terrible business model with terrible minds behind it.

Yet another company of crooks who make…

Yet another company of crooks who make peoples lives miserable by hounding them to pay a debt. Anyone reading this, don't pay these people. They rely on harassment to get the money. And boy do they harass. No wonder people have mental health with crooks like these operating with confidence while they get rich at the expense of ordinary working people struggling to make ends meet. Any debt collectors reading this and making a living from this. Shame on you. I'd rather work in Macdonald's than sell my soul to the devil.

Incredibly bad firm

Well were do I start with this firm lol.

Im trying to find some thing positive to write..... Nope can't think Of any.

Not even going into detail as it's been written on other reviews and belive me it is true.

Arrogant/ignorant staff
App Doesn't work
Links come back with phone saying it's spam and won't open it..
Given incorrect numbers to contact.

Went from weekly to monthly pay so asked if I could be 3 days late.. Only if I paid an installment extra! (which defeats the object).
Absolutly dreaded dealing with this firm.
It says it all when you type a firms name into Google and every listing around it is other firms offering how to deal with marstons etc.

Spent 2 days trying to contact them to pay... Yes I had to ring several times and differant numbers and ask them to take my money.
It's only because some other reviewer told me were to go correctly that I actually found some one who would take my money.

Never ever had the misfortune of dealing with a firm like this.
And they say in there slogan they treat everyone with respect.. Lol hahahahaha

Absolute scum bags

Absolute scum bags. One star is too much. Harassed my wife and kids threatening to take stuff out the house when I was at work, which I see on here they have a history of. No paper work left here , no receipt sent , app doesn’t work , can’t ring anyone. Another tax no doubt. I had paid part of the debt and had paid 3 others off so they could see we was paying them off. Vile vile company.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company, telling about bailiffs, after I made a £5 payment to some debts I owe Cornwall housing and had the damn cheek to charge me three sub charges after I called spoke with them on a call in January 2026. This company wouldn't send me an email to the companies complaints department. This company wanna learn how to teach their staff people skills. Telling me how much I have to pay a month yet told this company I have a broke wrist and in a cast, yet want me to fill out a vulnerability form, my broke wrist is none of your companies damn business. Yet I've just paid £10 today towards my debts and yet that was not enough. So I said setup the payment plan

And over talk you, it's like your talking another language to these people!!!!

Locksmith threats, coercion, and misinformation

My experience with Marston Holdings was extremely distressing.

Agents attended my home for a debt that was not mine, threatened to attend with a locksmith, deliberately ignored our calls, and accused us of lying when I stated the court fine had been paid directly. They attempted to turn me against my partner by giving conflicting information to each of us.

They refused to provide an official email address, pushed communication via WhatsApp, and pressured payment through their own link, continuing to apply pressure despite being told the debtor no longer lived at my address and that I could provide proof of sole occupancy.

The overall conduct felt coercive and inappropriate, and caused significant distress. I have raised formal complaints

Vile evil scumbags

Vile evil scumbags. Sent meathead bailiffs to my property whilst I was working away terrifying my wife and children. I was bombarded with threatening calls and emails even though I was an innocent victim, I supposedly owed them £3500 ....I got my solicitor on the case and told him I'd rather pay him £4000 than give them the £3500 as its a matter of principle to me!!! Anyway within a week my solicitor rang me and said all claims against me have been dropped. Im now bombarding Marstons with emails and calls seeking my apology but guess what nobody is replying. They are vile evil bullies and they stand for everything that's wrong with this country

An interview was arranged, but I did not receive a call at the scheduled time. I was later told the call went to voicemail, despite there being no missed call or voicemail. The next day, I was informed my application was unsuccessful. Poor communication and lack of clarity throughout the process

My son is on universal credit £400 per month as he has lost his job, they wanted £355 a month otherwise the bailiffs would be visiting. I took over the call and was greeted by an arrogant women who was so rude, I asked to speak to her manager and she kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen. When I screamed at her to let me speak she hung up… these people want a course in people skills as she had zero, she thought that £50 a month was acceptable for him to live off. I hope one day she is in the same position as my son and she gets an arrogant, insensitive jobsworth on the phone

Received a bogus threatening letter…

Received a bogus threatening letter from these people claiming they'll see a warrant to kick in my door over a meter problem for an account that's not even mine. Impossible to contact them, utter scam.

They claim to be subject to FCA regulation so I'm going to drag them through the FCA and see what happens.
