My husband loves to cook and we love to sail too, so a cooks apron embroidered with our boat name was a great surprise present for him. The apron fabric is excellent quality which washes really well. Service from Alex, who patiently offered me samples of different thread colours and typefaces, was first class and we were so pleased we ordered another one for a friend’s boat. Delivery of both orders was as promised and I would definitely recommend this product and this business.

I ordered a personalised towel for my new baby niece. Alex was really helpful, calling to check which thread colour I wanted as I hadn't specified on the order form. The product is lovely, reasonably priced, great design and quality, and arrived really quickly. What more could you want!

Loved it. We had our first baby and were given a baby comforter as a present from Martell Design by Alex. It was packaged well and secure and we were delighted with the embroidery on the comforter. Classy and well designed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - we've already used Martell Designs to send our friends a similar comforter.

Ordered a personalised apron - I was contacted by Alex personally to check how I wanted the font etc which was lovely. So so pleased with my apron and the service provided. Thank you so much will definitely return!

I've used Alex twice now and she was more than helpful this time to design a bespoke Apron for my in-laws. Service as always was extra efficent and the Apron was excellent quality and was loved by the recipients. Highly recommend.

My rugby team and I placed an order for a baby towel and comforter for some friends who were expecting a new born and leaving London to start their new family. Alex did an incredibly amazing job at stitching a rugby ball with our team name on the comforter and a list of the team names on the towel (like what you would expect to see on a graduation hoodie). The soon to be parents were so pleased with it and the team were amazing the the quality and fast turnaround. I would highly recommend Martell designs by Alex to everyone. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Very impressed 😁

I recently ordered an apron for my 3 year old daughter’s birthday. Alex was a dream to communicate with, helping me to combine by daughter’s name, favourite animal and colours to create a beautiful, bespoke end product. The quality of the apron was exceptional and my daughter wears it all the time - for baking/gardening - the material is of a high quality and washes very well. I have now ordered three different items and each one has not failed to impress me. From ordering to delivery I was kept up to date and the items were received quickly . They are all beautifully made and designed and our true to the picture. I would definitely order again as there is something for everyone as a gift or for yourself .

Alex did an amazing job on making me some personalised sweatshirts for my personal training business. The detailing on the stitching is second to none and looks very professional. Couldn’t be happier with the end product. Martell Designs have done a very good job here and I would recommend them to everyone.

Alex did a great job on our work T-shirts and jumpers. Due to the specific logos that i wanted on the chest and arms, i had struggled to find an online company that could provide the same level of service as Alex. Martell designs by Alex definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the end product. Im also really pleased with the quality of the clothing.
