We used Martelly Removals to move from our one bed flat in Penge to our new house in Hemel Hempstead. The whole service from start to finish was exceptional and really took away the stress of moving.

Michel was really personable when I phoned up to get the original quote and gave me a good feeling, as I had originally booked a different south London removal firm but then got put off by some of the negative reviews regarding reliability and service online. Seeing the positive reviews and good social media presence was a big factor.

Michel was very responsive to my calls and concerns in the lead up to the move, particularly on whether it would all fit in the van and whether two trips would be required. We brought the time forward a few hours forward as a result.

They arrived bang on time and were really careful and considerate in packing the van. We ended up only requiring one trip due to their packing expertise, which I still think was miraculous. All belongings arrived safely and not one item was damaged.

I would highly recommend Martelly removals and will definitely use them in the future if needed. The price was competitive and the service exceptional. Thanks again Michel & Kyle for your hard work.
