Terrible poor quality clothes. I wanted to return them but have had not been able to. The clothes were slow to arrive and the customer service is also slow to respond. Please do not be fooled. Do not order clothes from here.

Ordered three jumpers from Martha London. Immediately suspicious when they said they had moved all stock to a garage and closed their shop.
So looked at reviews.
Emailed them 5 times to get order cancelled and refund me the purchase price.
They never responded and today 4days after I asked to cancel order the notified me that it was dispatched.
Expecting to receive rubbish.
As everything they sell is discounted they don't offer refunds.
An expensive mistake.
They should not be allowed to advertise all over Google. Just a SCAM.

DO NOT but anything from this company.
Their advertised products are totally misleading. I ordered, what looked like a lovely knitted tartan Cardigan, only to receive a cheap shirt!
They offered me 50% off my next order ( why would I buy anything from them again) and a 15% discount off of my £32.99 order what an insult !
Marha London you should be ashamed of yourselves for not caring what your customers actually receive ! Trading standards now need to know about this.

Unfortunately despite me writing numerous reviews people are still purchasing from this fraudulent company. I have tried to get Google to remove them, written to all credit cards, banks and Clearpay. I have spoken to Trading Standards and despite Marthalondon saying it is all written in their T&C, these do not apply if goods sold are not what was advertised, i.e. plastic handbag and not leather, no washing instruction, no fabric details, no sizing but still they appear on UK websites.

Ordered a knitted cardigan on offer. When it arrived it was totally different to the photographs and not what I wanted. Asked for a return form which their reply, like many other reviews, could not be returned as it was a promotion. They are in breach of trade description act and in the end to avoid further hassle just accepted it.Considered a legal challenge and then read all the reviews saying much the same thing. My advice is to avoid this firm, can't believe they are still allowed to trade. Complete waste of money.

When I paid for the product, plus extra money for faster delivery, I immediately received an email saying that they regret to inform you that they cannot deliver the goods on time. Citing that they are forced to supply customers from a garage. Not to mention that the product I bought does not correspond to reality. The whole thing is a scam. And if I want my money back, they will deduct £15 from me as a handling fee. I do not recommend it to anyone because it will cost them dearly.

Absolute joke of a company.
Received my sweater. Quality was disgraceful. Stitching open, threads pulled. After 7 emails they bothered to reply saying. Because it's in the sale it cannot be returned.
Offered me a 50% off next purchase, like I would buy from them again.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CON COMPANY.

This is the worst company I've ever bought something from.
I asked for a refund but they don't accept it ,as items are on sale.
Yes the company is closing now as is not good at all, don't buy from it .Please see below:
-the quality of the item is not good
-the item don't have a proper labels
-the items are not true to size at all
-the item do not match the photos on you website
-The price is far too much, even with discount, for the quality of items

This is the most appalling company I have ever dealt with. I also wish I have read the reviews prior to ordering a coat.
The company is a complete scam. Products not fit for purpose, size completely incorrect and quality disgusting. No ethics whatsoever about acknowledging the inferior rubbish they are taking money for. Do not be taken in by their advertising it is completely fake.

Like other reviewers item received was disgusting in every way and not as depicted, advert on Google yet.again today so they continue trade despite reviews ML refused to acknowledge the problem or allow return .Lesson learned

They do not even deserve a star for the type of deceit they are. It is a fraud. Items on the website looks good and expensive. Delivery takes like ages and the clothes come looking like rag and FAKE. I did not even try them i am returning them straight away. I emailed them for a return and refund. Waiting for their reply.

This is basically a scam. The article I ordered was nothing like the article displayed and was not the size ordered. Despite promises of refund only offered a 50% voucher to be scammed again. This website should be taken down. Unfortunately it is the second time I have been scammed by a Chinese company. Don’t touch them with a barge pole !! M Lord

THE ITEMS THAT ARRIVE ARE NOT WHAT IS DESCRIBED. THE SIZING IS TOTALLY INCORRECT AND THE MATERIAL WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AS A DISH CLOTH.
THE RETURN POLICY IS NON-EXISTANT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT, IS AWFUL.

Following on from my last review , I can now say that the companyare complete frauds. I have emailed them.at leastv 4 times asking for return forms to be sent and they have had the complete ignorance to.ignore me. This means they have stolen the moneyI paid for the shambolic item
They should be taken to task and put out of business

. I now have an expensive dush cloth. Bought a t shirt £28. Its cheap looking, poorly made and a horrendous luminous colour

How I wish I had read the experiences of others before I ordered from this firm. Knitted cardigan turned up as cheap, nasty polyester garment which even buttoned the wrong way. Actually too nasty for charity shop, absolute rubbish.

I ordered two of the cat sculptures, the items look & feel nothing as decribed or advertised. Not great quality either. Really disappointed.
Overpriced and delivery was several weeks wait.

My order was nothing like the description. The advertised fabric looked like a wooded look and when it arrived it was thin cheap fabric which looked nothing like the advertised product. I have politely requested a return form for refund T least four times by email with no response. There is no customer service contact number. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from and I will be letting all my friends never to use this company. I am incredibly disappointed and actually disgusted at their lack of any service whatsoever!

Well the product I ordered was atrocious stitching. Still had to be cut pockets, not stitched up properly with holes in the jacket and trouser and I am dreading the items I have still not received yet fingers crossed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Oh I wish I had read Trust pilot before ordering from this company. Everything everyone writes is completely true. Inferior quality and pitiful materials, dresses that don’t fit at are either too small or completely not sewn correctly. Then when asked to return and get a refund, the story goes that I bought it under a promotional ad campaign and of course they won’t refund or allow returns. Like another lady said I’m going to have to just put it in the bag for charity. Companies like this should be closed down. My fault for falling in a trap and ordering from them. Their advertising is not truthful because the products are of inferior quality, poorly made, and their policies are dishonest. Beware of this company MarthaLondon
