if i was to try and grow the shrooms which i am not, there would be a zero percent germination rate on the three times ive tried, wont be ordering again. very dissapointed.

Lots of info available to help me along my Mycelium learning curve to be able to cultivate and grow my own shrooms. I eat so many I thought it was about time I learnt. Great customer service. Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful but the products seem to have gone down hill in the last 6 months.
I’ve had two split bags, one contaminated bag and 1 contaminated spore syringe.

They have replaced the bags for me every time, and usually send a free gift, but it’s getting quite frustrating now.

They are very helpful, lovely people though.

Poor customer service.
They DO NOT honor their life time guarantee policy. I was offered a refund as they acknowledge something was off with the kit they sent. They LATER changed their tone and refused a refund after offering one due to faulty products.
I ordered a new batch and that had other issues. same thing happened. This time they said a new kit would be on its way. It never arrived. they stopped responding to emails.

Martian Genetics products are great , well packaged , easy instructions, and helpful back up, One of my packages went missing, and It was sorted out by Kaz, (thank you very much Kaz)'
I am very much looking forward to seeing the results,

This is the best place for spores !!! The sister shop Martian mushrooms are brilliant and have just recently replaced 1 out of 3 of my grow bags due to contaminated . The other 2 are fine and I'm looking forward to results. Really astonishing that a company is soo confident in their product that they offer this service.

This is the first time this has happened! As I'm usually pretty lucky/clean and careful around but it happens to the best of us.

After customer service confirmed that I did everything right and followed the guide they were happ to send a replacement grow bag.

If I could give 6 stars I would :)

Martian Mushrooms are the same company as Martian Genetics. Not sure why Trustpilot deem the mushroom kit site as a 'bad fit' but I will have to leave my review here instead.

First order was delivered to the wrong address (DPD's fault) and both kits came without batch numbers or use by dates, they did not seem surprised at all. Both kits failed (contaminated) They claimed the syringe was probably to blame.

Replacements were sent and one of the bags had holes in. Instead of dealing with it professionally, they chose to accuse me of being a liar even though I sent them multiple pictures and a video.

I actually felt bad for them as we were both losing out here. Accusing me of being a liar with all the proof I sent them is where they went WAY over the line. I may have just been really unlucky or maybe this is a common thing.

A replacement for the damaged bag was eventually sent and they were otherwise very helpful.

Good website and information. Fast shipping. All good.

I have been using these guys for over a year now and honestly I can’t fault their service. I would say I have ordered maybe 15x times and never had any type of issues, and the guys are always there to answer any questions if you pop them a message. Their price is very competitive, and at Xmas time there I got an extra 2x spore syringes Overall 10/10, would highly advise 👽
