Item was not delivered after 1month waiting. They won't help on the delivery, and soon I am travelling and cannot accept it.

It's a Chinese company who are posing as European.

This website is a total scam. I bought a product that was simply never sent to me.

I purchased a raincoat from Martin-Paris but needed to return it because the sizing was incorrect and it didn’t fit properly.

When I contacted the company to arrange a return, they repeatedly pushed exchanges, partial refunds, and store credit instead of processing a standard return.

I was eventually given a return address in China, and shipping would have cost €70 — more than the €65 item itself. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and it makes returning the item unrealistic.

For context, the quality and appearance also didn’t match expectations from the website, which reinforced my decision not to keep it.

Buyers should be aware that returns may involve international shipping costs that exceed the value of the product.

IT IS A FRAUD, A SCAM !!!!!!
BE CAREFUL...., they don't Accept the return back of the order..even if It 's WRONG.....You have to send It back to CHINA and paying for It ...
They answer you by mail ( IA ), but never lisen your claims....never attend you.
You think you buy a frech blazer, but it arrives directky from CHINA, that's why It takes so long to get It.
I receiced a WRONG SLEEVE BLAZER and they didn't mind, they didn't want to be responsable, and it's me who has paid to return back the packet, parcel to CHINA.

It's a scam. Don't buy anything!
They sent me hard drives that don't work. They're like plastic. You get constant replies from AI that don't give you a real solution. Endless emails!

Never received my order. Ehen asked informations they said to be patience...and nothing arrived! I ordered in early Dec 2025 for a Christmas gift, they sent me something that arrived the 4th of January 2026 and....it was not my order!!!!! Never and never again! DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

Scam, tried to cancel order 5 min after purchase as I discovered the scam, but the order was executed 2 hours later anyway and the reply was that orders can’t be cancelled after order execution.
Money “stolen” from me and no package can be traced on the track&trace….
This guy, placed in Holland living with his mother, display high quality product on the homepage, but if you should end up receiving anything from this scam, this guy orders low quality and illegal products from China, not even close to what you ordered to be send directly to you from China. If you try to return the product, then it will be high cost and very difficult to do.
Danish national TV has a program about this guy, where they visit his address in Holland.

First purchase with this retailer and horrible experience. The product is terrible and looks completely different from the pictures on the catalogue. Very poor quality, horrible smell and awkward fit for a hat. Return policy is ridiculous and outside of France but still in Europe I should pay 22€ to return the product when I paid it 29€. I also dig deeper and found the same article sold on AliExpress for 5€. My bad: I would have never trusted this company. Strongly recommend not buying from them.

Be carefull - this site is a scam - it belongs to K&S Online located in the Netherlands and is also behind another scam-site Hansen-Dekor.

The jumper I ordered in no way resembled the photos on their website. The material was completely different and the print was fuzzy and pixelated. They answered my emails immediately, but the cost of returning this item to China was 33 euros, as I paid 39.99 euros, it was not worth it. They have offered me the choice of keeping the jumper and receiving 15% of the cost of the jumper, which I have had to accept. I'll wait and see if I receive it...
