In essence the whole process was made easy. We purchased and rented through Martins and as the rental is not our primary business I needed a company who told me what I needed to know...no waffling.

I asked a number of Letting agents in Horsham to advice on the rental of my apartment, on both rentability and fees. Not only was Karen from Martins very proactive, she was confident in the apartment being rented out very quickly, and also her view of the rental was higher than other agents by 10%, with very competitive fees. At first I thought she was just trying to get the property on her books. But the way she descibed the area and current market and selling points of the apartment, it gave me confidence in her getting the best for me. It turned out she was true to her word, and rented the property at the price she quoted. I know I am definately 10% "richer", by trusting Karen. She always responds quickly before and after the completion of the rental.

Really professional from the beginning to end. Tim valued our home and found a buyer within a week. Katherine did the sales progression which was second to non. She really was on point, she got everyone talking and sorted out any issues. Resulting in our move only taking 8 weeks. Why would you go anywhere else? Fantastic service 5 star for sure
