Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, receiving wrong product, and no money refund.
Our case started 4 months ago where we ordered a T-shirt. The T-shirt we received where not the one ordered, and after waiting 3 weeks for a reply by the shop by email we agreed we could return it and get a refund, as well as get a refund for the postage we paid to return it.
Well now 4 month later, in spite of 9 mails back and forth we now do not have the T-shirt because we returned it and we did not get the refund, not for the T-shirt and not for the postage.
Products come from Holland so it costs alot to return them.
Extremely bad or non existing customer service.
