The value of the skip hire is good compared with other local waste disposal providers but the timescale for sending a replacement skip and collecting the full one is less optimal and as resulted in financial impact on me. I had to hire the digging equipment for one further day for extra £180 + labours day cost because we had to wait for a replacement skip for the full one we have.

Best price for size very quick and efficient delivery and the driver was very helpful as well Making everything very efficient!!

The driver was excellent. Called advising lead of time, and followed instructions of where to place the skip. The service for the booking was simple, and friendly. Received all information and texts from booking to delivery date regarding the services. Overall very good

Rang for an explanation and got passed on to various different people eventually was told someone would ring back that day …. Well never got that call so ended up having to get a more reliable company instead

Absolutely appalling company!! Ordered a 6 yard skip, got a confirmation email stating the address, size and delivery day. Later I got another email to tell me that they actually didn't have ANY skips available until the next week! Not even one of a different size! This arrived AFTER I had paid the non refundable deposit to have the work done on my house that I have booked the skip for! So now am out hundreds for the non refundable deposit and NO SKIP! No other companies in the area had any availability so I have lost out completely! And to top it all, it will take up to 5 working days for the refund to get back to me, so with the bank Holiday weekend coming up it could take 7 days!

Terrible service. Ordered 6 yard skip, received 4 yard ( actually measured the volume and came up to 3.8 cubic yards ).
Skip was shorter in length by 42 cm and shorter in height by 30 cm - and I was checking against their page. Tried to dispute it with the driver, but he said that he checked with the office and its correct. Tried ringing the customer service, 5 out of 6 times got put on hold and then hung up on. After successfully getting through, got asked to send email with pictures and measurements, did that and customer service came back with same story that it’s correct.
And its weird that you book a skip with their page, got confirmation email from 2nd company and the skip actually came from 3rd company. Very strange way to run a business. First time ever had such hassle with such a simple transaction, and definitely last time using it. Avoid like hellfire.

Thier system failure in calculating my delivery cost menag I paid for a hire put was unaware until the day(when I emailed them) before that they were unable to fulfill my order without additional payment. I ended up having to use a other company and pay a premier for short notice hire and still was 2 days after i had initially planned. I agree mistakes are made however when realising this, they never refunded or called me. In my opinion they should have fulfilled the order at the agreed price or refunded me as soon as they were aware of the miscalculation.
To date I still haven't received my money back.

Quick and straightforward ordering of skip online,had to change the delivery date,contacted the firm to change the date only to find on the confirmation email it wasn't changed so had to contact them again to change it ,will wait and see if it arrives on the rescheduled date

The worst service I have encountered, an absolute joke of a company, avoid !!!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered online on a Friday morning for a skip to be delivered on the Monday, received an email Friday afternoon (no call) telling me that the online price I paid was incorrect and I needed to pay more if I wanted the skip. After a few emails they then told me that the skip couldn’t arrive on Monday either and it would be later that week. They also said it would take up to 5 working days for the refund to made. They stopped responding on Friday afternoon and were then uncontactable leaving me to pay for a second skip through a different company and await a refund which arrived nearly a week later. Do not trust the online booking system, for either price or availability.

I booked a skip online, selecting the right skip required, delivering to my address, and for the period required. Everything seemed fine. Then they emailed me to say there was a bug on their website and that I needed to pay additional delivery fees if i wanted the order to go ahead. This was NOT advertised on their website. Got it refunded in the end as this is basically false advertising.

Arrived 24 hours late. Requested collection on Monday, Thursday and still waiting.

Skip was delivered, but it was very difficult to get it hired. I paid on line, then was informed that i didnt pay enough, then i had to spend 20min on hold to be able to pay the missing amount and then was informed the skip will be delayed by a day. And now the link for this surveu somehow comes in spanish. Avoid.
