On time great service

Easy to arrange hire, arrived on time. Great service.

I booked on their web site. They did not supply skip and wouldn't talk over the phone. After 10 emails they offered me a skip at a higher price which I refused and they refunded my payment. Web site gives false information do not use it, ring them. Their office employees will not deal with web customers over the phone. They are based in Norfolk. If you are not in Norfolk use a company near you.

Skip was meant to come on Friday got a call saying can’t deliver today we will come Monday am — came in afternoon

Shocking experience with this company. DO NOT USE. We initially paid online & were contacted asking for more money as the website had displayed the wrong price. We reluctantly did this despite it not being our issue/fault. The skip was then attempted to be delivered a day before the agreed date when we didn’t even own the house it was being delivered to (hence selecting the delivery day we initially had) making our move day even more stressful as we were having to try & sort out an issue not of our making. We thought that would be that once we cancelled our order & requested a full refund. However, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We were informed the refund would take up to 5 working days.. 10 working days later we are still waiting for our money back despite being assured the refund had been processed. Again, the communication has been appalling as I was promised a call back after the call handler had spoken to the relevant team & nothing has been received. I’m currently doubtful whether we’ll see our money again. This company is truly incompetent & treat customers appalling. I’d strongly recommend anyone to steer clear as they are appalling to deal with.

The skip never arrived - I actually don't believe that this is a real company! Also this review has come up in Spanish - why?. We ordered online and when I rang them the order number meant nothing to them and they gave the name of an entirely different company. What's going on?

The most affordable hire amoungst other companies searched online, excellent. Hassle free and very polite delivery.
Improvements need to be made on the wait time to speak to a returns advisor.
Sales support exec' Mariya pleasantly communicated well and settled the above matter, will consider using service again after speaking to Mariya.

I placed on order through the website for Saturday delivery in advance of some building work starting on the Monday, (a week and a half notice from order to scheduled delivery). I got a call 2 days later advising they didn't deliver to my area at the weekend, and could they deliver on the Monday instead.

This was accepted, but i had to call back again on Monday afternoon when this didn't happen. A further promise of next day delivery was broken when the skip again didn't arrive on the Tuesday, (this time they sent my order to the wrong depot on the other side of the country). They then promised a delivery for the Thursday, but i was able to contact another company, (Redditch Skip Hire), who were able to deliver the same day.

Order cancelled and refund agreed, (but at time of writing not yet received). Avoid at all costs if you have project timelines to keep to!
