Ordered goods

They can provide the goods ordered and answer their emails.
From previous reviews I think it is unlikely that it will come and the service is shoddy as the company. As one reviewer said we have been warned.

If I could do zero stars I would

If I could do zero stars I would. Absolute scam. NOT CANBERRA based. Just some Chinese warehouse that it is impossible to return the polyester "jeans" I purchased. SCAM!! Do not buy from here.

0 stars!

0 stars! I got sucked in by their slick website and false representation. Bought a pair of cropped jeans which turned out to be of inferior quality but more to the point the wrong size. I had followed the size guide but they ended up being too small. Emailed and initially received a positive response and we agreed to my returning the product for a refund. Seller refused to provide all the information to facilitate the return and then cut off communication. Dodgy AF! Beware.

They aren’t even worth one star

They aren’t even worth one star. It’s cheap Chinese clothing which is not what I paid for. The clothing took nearly a month to arrive and the sizing was ridiculous. Tops fitted but the pants would be lucky to fit a 10 year old. I have reported them to PayPal also. They advised they would refund if I paid return postage (which I was happy to do) but also Chinese customs fees. They then advised if this was not done correctly they wouldn’t receive the returns and so no refund at all. They only refunded 20% of original cost. Absolute rubbish.

Rubbish cheaply made clothing from China which look and fit nothing like the pictures. Took over a month to get to me and so disappointed. YOu get what you pay for - just dont!

0 STARS - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT SENT

If I could give this company - Marvel Canberra - 0 stars, I would. I ordered a pair of light grey, structured / balloon style jeans, which were slightly faded on the knees. Firstly, they took around a month to arrive. When they finally did arrive they were a tan colour - no fading and 100% polyester and loose - not resembling jeans, at all.. more like office pants. Essentially looked like an entirely different product. I sent them photo evidence, where they said I could return them for a refund, however, instead of having to return to Canberra, Australia, where they are supposedly based, I had to return it to the manufacturer in China, which costs around $30. The pants cost $80.

This also feels like false advertising, that they have the name Canberra in their name, but it seems like a drop shipping company from China.

The return policy is also only 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I also missed the 2 week cutoff time after initially going back and forth. But I didn't trust that I would have actually received the refund due to the dodginess of the the product and that I had to pay for an expensive return to China at almost 1/3 of the price!

I've previously ordered much higher quality products from other companies, who ask for them to be returned but refund the money automatically, or say you don't have to pay at all - because they stand by their product and have a great brand - not Marvel-Canberra though.

As I've already said. Horrendous quality. False advertising and awful return experience. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS!
