I ordered a shower head.....3 months later it has not arrived.....I have emailed them on 3 separate occasions asking for a refund or for my product to be delivered....have not heard from them.....??

Beware of Fake Products – Misleading Advertising

I recently purchased a Montblanc Meisterstück Fountain Pen - 149 from Marvelature's website, trusting the product images and description provided. However, the pen I received is not an authentic but a counterfeit product.

The pen does not match the advertised quality or authenticity, and it's evident that the product was falsely advertised. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I urge others to be cautious when purchasing from this website.

I have reached out to their customer service requesting either a replacement with the genuine product or a full refund, but I am sharing this review to raise awareness among potential buyers.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MARVELATURE!!!
Placed an order for three tubes of CËLYN FIRM Eye Tightener in December and was charged $46.57 Package arrived late December and contained three tubes of Hoygi, not what i ordered. The packaging is very similar, but its not the same product. Contacted marvelature, sent them the information requested and they offered me $3 compensation. If you are offering compensation, then you obviously know you are in the wrong. I purchased this product via an advert on Instagram, i have also contacted them as what marvelature is doing is fraud, i have also been in contact with the police and the trading standards, i will do my best to get this operation shut down until i receive a full refund.
TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I ordered something from Marvelature, then it took forever to arrive. When the package finally arrived there was a return address on it in China, which got me worried. the package contained a chinese fake, not the product I ordered. After contacting the Customer "service" several time I was offered a $4 compensation. pretty bad since I paid $44 for the product I never got.

Please do not use “Marvelature.com”, rather use another supplier. All the discounts they offer are a scam. I did not get any discount on my order. I accepted the following on my order number is 13536S85053 Product name is 🔥CËLYN FIRM Eye Tightener with the two following discounts:
1. 🔥Christmas Sale🎁49% OFF!!🔥
2. 3 BOTTLES (Buy 2 Get 1 Free💕).
I was charged on my credit card USD140.33 which also included an extra charge of USD18.30 for I don’t know what. They fixed the extra charge but not the discounts. The customer service namely, Shiyel, Coco, Abby, and are hopeless, they do not listen, nobody else can help or fix anything and refuse to cancel the order.

I ordered a 2 in 1 flatiron/curling iron on October 3rd, which I received on November 3rd. The first issue I had was that my card was charged $8.49 more than my order confirmation said I would be charged. It indicated it was "Tax". Certainly not my tax rate of 7%, so I sent an email and was notified it was a system error and that portion was refunded. I wonder how much they make off this error from people that never say anything about it.

It arrived with a scratched plate, for one. Second, although it is supposed to heat to 460 degrees Farenheight, it did not heat up close to that. In sending an email to the company, they asked for a video. No video showing the process was small enough to send, so I settled for a video showing it reading as fully heated and with a meat thermometer reading the plate at around 255 degrees Farenheight. All they said was that their records show I received the correct item, which was not my complaint. For almost $34, I expected it to work as described.

I filed a case through PayPal and I was again asked to send all of these photos, including of the shipping labels. Luckily, I had all of these, but I can't imagine how many people toss them immediately. They also got the video and they again said I got the correct item and then offered me $7 to keep it. I explained that I wasn't going to pay $27 for them to send me their garbage across the ocean so I could then also pay my garbage man to dispose of it. I couldn't use it, I don't want it, and I don't expect to pay for it.

From the beginning, I indicated I was more than happy to send it back, but I would NOT pay to do so; they could have it back if they sent a prepaid label. Their final offer was that they would issue a full refund, but only after receiving the item back, with me paying the cost of shipping. I threw an absolute fit with PayPal and they agreed to cover the cost of shipping (about $29, by the way, so I would have gotten $5 back after sending their garbage BACK to them and still paid $29 for the "privilege" of doing so).

The item is on its way back and PayPal has refunded my shipping costs and they said they are also investigating the company because I don't feel a company like this should be allowed to use that platform.
