The owner/director was very responsive to emails and numerous requests - they were very patient. Drop off was simple and hassle free - no extra charges or grief !

Lights looked amazing when switched on and they really stole the show - i was a bit concerned initially as close up and switched off they do look a little bit in need of a new lick of paint and in places a bit 'rough' (needing perhaps a clean?) but i've not got any other lit letters to compare to - so this may be normal. All in all - very happy !!!

We hired from Marvellous Glow for an award ceremony in London’s West End and the letters made the whole event just beautiful. Paul came early to set up the letters and was so kind and helpful, advising where would look best and is an absolute expert. We felt totally reassured the moment he popped in to help us!

Used marvellous glow for hiring letters for my Sisters wedding. Paul was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I wanted them in a different location the next day and he happily collected and delivered to the new address.
Would recommend and definitely use again.

Amazing. The fairy lights used inside the barn brought a little sparkle to our ceremony and the festoon lighting outside worked so well with the cocktail van and pizza oven in the courtyard! Such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend for a wedding or any event for that matter!

Hi was very disappointed when I saw the product delivered was not what I have seen at other parties, the 18 was just made out of shabby wood, and bulbs and painted sorry not what I expected at all.

Marvellous Glow is a great company to work with. They provide lights for our annual ball which really makes a fantastic difference to the look of the room.
