Good app but delivery times often way …

Good app but delivery times often way off mark as food can actually be ready 15 mins after order (versus 45 mins estimated time). Would like to see better incentives as many takeaways do loyalty deals if you buy directly. Finally, if restaurant closes down before Marvin client earns their bonus meal, Marvin should compensate their clients.

Great pizza and wedges

Great pizza and wedges, and very quick delivery, estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, food arrived in 15 minutes!

I found the website useful but delievery was bad

I found the website useful.
However we waited for 11/2 hours for our food. I called the supplier twenty minutes post the expected 45min delivery time. At this time I was told my delivery should arrive any minute. Another 10 minutes pasted and I called again to be told that my order had not printed through from the Marvin website.
We then waited a further 15 min for our food.
The food was beautiful but the wait time and excuse from the restaurant was not acceptable.
I did find the website useful and there confirmation text enabled me to have supporting evidence.
But sadly gave me a bad feeling about ordering off the website.

Very tasty food

Very tasty food. One of very few in Newbridge with tofu options! Great alternative to crackers - not the white, fatty once you get everywhere else.
