Restaurant confused my order with…

Restaurant confused my order with another costumer. I was told to run after the costumer who took my order by mistake. They then had to ring the costumer and ask him to return. They then tried to give me the order the other costumer had taken, despite it being gone from the restaurant for roughly 10 minutes or more. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for a fresh order and offered no compensation or apology
