Absolutely shocking behaviour by Momos…
Absolutely shocking behaviour by Momos in tallaght. It is my opinion that Marvin try to uphold standards but their partners in this case are shoddy at best.
Waited 1.5 hours for a 40 euro delivery, received a text confirming cancellation, tried to ring the takeaway for half an hour, finally got through only to be abused by the staff and manager who seemed to be very pleased at their operation because the shop was busy, essentially laughing down the phone to your customers.
Your service partners are the face of Marvin and they can drag you down with them as well as boost your profile. Marvin on this occasion have failed when the partnered with Momos, check their facebook reviews from the last number of months! Absolute nosedive !!!
