Do not order shoes from this company, I was sent the wrong shoes and then to get a refund I was told I would have to return the shoes to China at my own expense. I tried to fight this as it wasn’t my fault that the wrong shoes had been sent. I have now been trying to contact Marewood to get a refund and they are failing to reply to any of my emails, so that I can find out how to return the goods to get my refund. This feels like a scam to me

Do Not Order from this company.
Shoes take almost a month to arrive, they are cheap, uncomfortable and don't fit the size they are supposed to be.
To return them you have to email them to request return procedure, send 2 different photos of the shoes, ship to China which costs almost as much as the shoes and send a photo of the tracking receipt.
I wonder if I will get my refund or whether I have just thrown good money after bad.

Terrible product - I ordered shoes which didn’t fit and were very cheap in appearance.
You are then expected to return the goods to China for a refund, at your own expense !!
