Glad for the return process and quick answers

My experience so far is that during my order I made a mistake and forgot to change a colour. I emailed them and got a very quick response and then an email to confirm the change. So far I'm liking the frequent updates from the team.

Size Large would barely fit a 10 year old child. I requested a refund. They offered that I pay another $15.00 to be sent a larger size and keep the originals. The fabric is very thin, minimal stretch, rolls up. I requested a refund as I was unhappy with the product. They advised they dont offer refunds and offered a 20% refund only, and I can keep the product. The product is very substandard.

Lots of communication from Mary’s Tank on my order, tracking, delivery, and follow-up on my experience.
I did reply that the sizes wasn’t correct. Within minutes I received an email offering to replace my order with a different size (30 day size satisfaction guaranteed)
Great customer service.

At the moment I am trying to resolve an issue that I most probably caused. Once that is resolved the star level will increase. So far the response has been good but as I said, my faukt.

I would love to use them but have got two lots and size dose not fit.12

Washed mine in a laundry bag giving the bra no room to move. Insert was folded in half & part of a seam opened so I had to manipulate the pieces back in shape. Absolutely nothing like the advertised product. Disgraceful.

Support tank top with sewn-in padding feels comfortable for home and casual outings, though the support becomes a bit average after several hours of wear. The fabric is still gentle on the skin and generally pleasant.

The response was quick and the replacement offer was clear, concise and well explained. There was no questioning or making me feel bad. Great communication and outcome

Ordered 5 tanks at $119.00 totally rubbish, unable to be worn do not match description at all utterly useless, don't waste your money

Sizing is horrible. Ignore the measurements. Flimsy fabric won't last long. Delivery time over 3 weeks. Avoid this nasty Chinese product

Offering to partially compensate me for return of goods.

That rating should be minus zero. Items took weeks to arrive didn't realise coming from China. Also couldn't even get the tank on . I ordered xxxxL never have I worn that size in my life. Figured it would take forever to receive a refund so don't believe all the positive feedbacks

Sizing is way way off. I thought this product was made in Australia by Australians, not overseas by poorly paid workers. What a waste of my hard earned money. Very very false advertising.

False advertising on social media says garment is so comfortable you can sleep in it. They claim it supports your breasts and it doesn’t move or bunch up even after 20 washes it’s just as good as day 1. Well this was not my experience. It took 3 weeks s for the garments to arrive and after trying it on I struggled to get it on. I purchased a size bigger as recommended. It was very uncomfortable. It was sewn so poorly that it was catching under my arms. The cups that they claim did not move or bunch up instantly bunched up. I removed the cups to find that both cups were one piece and so small they were lucky to cover the both nipples let alone support the breasts. I was excited to get this garment as after having had breast cancer surgery I am unable to wear bras. I was unable to get a full refund only to be offered 30% and then 70% when I argued. Still waiting
