Purchased the Cracked Up Blue bag from…

Purchased the Cracked Up Blue bag from the shop, Debonair on Amelia Island, FL.

Purchased on March 21, while there on a business trip.
Cost was $245

Returned back home to NY and the first time I wore the bag to dinner, a small red rhinestone fell out .

I wore the bag to a gala a few night later and the large red stone fell out.

Contacted MaryFrances and provided pics of the bag with stones missing. Candee responded saying they would ship me stones.

She also suggested I return the bag to the store for repair. I explained I live in NY and purchased in FL.

Her response was to glue the stones in, once I get them and make sure to press the prongs down.

Also, she will ship ME the stones, once SHE receives them.
So, for $245.. I have a damaged bag that I can’t use, while I await the stones to make a repair, myself.

Does anyone think this is acceptable customer service?

I will never purchase from MaryFrances, and as the owner of a large l, successful Interior Design Company…. I will be sure to let others know of my experience.

So disappointed.
Do not buy from this company.
Quality is lacking
Customer service is abysmal.

Beautiful bags

Beautiful bags. Terrible repair. Sent my purse for clasp repair. They replaced the large sturdy clasp that wasnt having a issue with the smaller clasp that was having an issue. They took the sturdiest piece off. Repair the purse yourself. Purse is fragile but beautiful.
