Honestly a waste of money.
The website was so slow and kept crashing and they didn't even sent me my certificate once I completed it. Very annoyed want my money back but no reply to emails!!!!

This company would not receive any stars from me if it was possible. I purchased a Real Estate course off of Groupon and I validated the Groupon code and setup a password and username. I logged-in and completed three modules for the Real Estate Course. I attempted to log back in and was unable to. I contacted them via email 3 times and no response from the suppose it company. I contacted Groupon and they replied that the company will handle all issues and to give them at least 3 business days. Well I contacted the company on three separated occasions so they had more than 3 business days. I attempted to call the number (208) 819-4092 and what sounds like an older lady with a slight accent answers and say "I do knitting classes, would you like to sign up?" This is a fraud. The lady who runs it is a fraud. KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET!!!!! Do not waste one penny of your money on any services this fraudulent company offers!!!!!

Have finished the course but no certificate yet. There was not telephone nor email listed on the website. Leaning materials were not great and sometimes test questions were not included in the modules.

I purchased a course off Groupon and it keeps saying wrong password and I know for certain it's not then when I go to change my password I don't get an email to reset my password this website needs to be removed immediately before it rips off the wrong people and gets sued!!! I would like for everyone to get a full refund! This is ridiculous!

Absolutely shocking website/company. Purchased a Wowcher for the level 3 SEN teaching assistant course. I had no issues logging in as others have mentioned. The web page is sooo slow.. takes forever to load pages/questions what could of took me a few days solid took me weeks due to this.. no online support. No response from emails or through Facebook. Telephone number doesn’t even have a proper ring tone!! I completely my course 5/6 weeks ago now n still no certificate. A total waste of time and money. Iv been in contact with Wowcher and they have emailed them, so I await a response.. good luck to them. Wowcher have been amazing.

I paid for the real estate course thru Groupon. The redemption code worked but when I tried to log into Mary Kay website it says wrong password. we sent you a link to change your password but I never got any email from Mary Kay. Then I went to their website and I called the contact number mentioned there ( 208+819-4092) but the lady sai, yes I m Jenny but I never used any computer or email in my life. I teach these courses in person.

I started my HR, Bookkeeping and Payroll course with MKJ in November 2018 and had a lot of problem. I thought it was me alone getting all these problem stated below; sign in was horrendous as I had to email constantly and waiting for a new password to login, communications poor to an email, no other contact apart from email and send a letter available. The couse structures was great however, after completing each questionnaire it comes up with page error which is verrrry frustrating, as in order for you to pass it must be a tick to state complete, as this constantly happen for over the 3 separate courses with over 10 questionnaire. I had to email administration. Finally completed course with certifications.

Bought a course through Groupon and was able to sign up and login to the course for a couple of day. Now it does not recognize my email or password. Tried emailing support a couple of times...no response yet. No way to contact them by phone either. Sounds like a ripoff.

Very bad or no communication. Had difficilty accessing the course and no possibility to chabge password as option exists but does not work at all. The site was so slow that I could not access it most of the time or read the pages. Content really not up to what it should be. This is really unacceptable...

I’f you have questions regarding anything that has to do with the course and how it work’s there is no support. When it comes to getting your certification for what you’re paying to learn there is no support. There is no support to help you complete the course through the online program.

I purchased a course from living Social for the marykay website after redeeming the Voucher I attempted to log in to the website with the created account. I cannot get onto the website and have paid my money with no course

great course ( Autism Awareness) but when downloaded my certificate, it was dated of the previous year( 2017 instead of 2018).
tried to contact them as much by email (2 sent) or by phone ( tried 3 times) but no answer either way.

will not recommend as very disappointed.

I couldn’t access the course half the time. My login details were incorrect and it just didn’t recognise my email address or password. Very frustrating. Endless emails back and forth to MJK to try and sort it out.

Not very good to navigating gate through the course. There seems to be a lot of words but it doesn’t say anything. Disappointed as I wanted to have a new career and qualification from this course.

The mindfulness class was a total waste of time and money. the website did not work have the time and the lessons were just BS words with little to no coaching

I've just enrolled on the accounting, bookkeeping, payroll course and I already regret it, so difficult to navigate, the layout doesn't help at all.. to access the info is a nightmare endless scrolling for very little information clicking next all the time and scrolling to the end of the web page on the browser just to get a tiny bit of content, I think it's the worst course I've come across so far, no video tutorials as far as I'm aware, no option to download PDF between other things, just a waste of time really. Contacted company and was told to update my browser or use a different one...ridiculous as didn't make a difference. Waste of money and time!
