One star is way too high a rating for this unavailable, non-delivering, promise breaking company. At the request of a customer, we placed an order 1/19/18, attempted to cancel two weeks later once our customer lost patience, was told order couldn't be canceled because it was a specialty order, per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase (which were not obvious.) When nothing had shipped by June, I spoke to Maryland Speed again (lost count of attempts) and asked them at what point an unfulfilled purchase becomes theft? They agreed to credit me for the unwanted part if it failed to ship within a week, which it did. Then, since the debit card used had been replaced and I no longer had the old card number, they said they would send me a check as soon as they "got it over to accounting" which I am left to assume is located somewhere near Equador and is being couriered from Maryland, by foot. As of 10/10/18, no product, no check, no phone or voicemail available and no way they deserve even one full star.

These guys are crooks! They took my money June 29th and still have not shipped the parts. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they responded there is a no cancellation policy as stated in the purchase agreement when the online order was placed.
I found the exact part number from another supplier who has it in stock with free shipping.
BEWARE the state of Maryland is suing these guys.

Order exhaust midpipes, paid for the faster shipping and still will take 2 weeks cause they don't actually have the parts they get them 3rd party. I only live 2 hours away and I could've saved the headache by picking them up. Now I can't get a refund and can't drive my car because of their lack of service next time I'll save the headache and not order from them.

I ordered kooks headrs and nx nitrous kit .and i am overseas customers. I am having now 3 month and every time I call them the said next week. I will clim with my bank to return charge. Ridiculous and stupid company. May I advise no bady order from them.

I ordered a Kooks exhaust system on 12/3/2017 and after 6 months(6/1/2018) &numerous phone calls being told and emails saying “they will be shipped next week” I called my credit card company and had them do a chargeback.These guys have a “F” rating and ridiculous amount of complaints on the BBB.Save yourself the headache & deal with a reputable company.I don’t recommend doing business with a bunch of liars.”Google” search marylandspeed.com and see for yourself.
