I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Mary Pat’s ability to create & hold the space created an atmosphere which felt safe for reflection & sharing. I found it thought provoking as I was stuck on a project. However , it inspired me greatly and thankfully I am back on track as a result of my experience from attending the course. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering attending.

I attended the 'Slow Down To Go Fast' course but am unsure what to expect. My life is filled with deadlines and meetings, and I rarely even think about taking a moment to refocus. This course helped me realign and refocus on my priorities, both personal and professional. I used the tools MPK shared to ensure I'm on the right path, not all paths trying to do everything.
There is a proper, safe space to share and reflect without pressure. I learned a lot from the group and realised that I am not alone in my worries or concerns.
I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to press pause and ensure they are on the path that's right for them.

I attended MaryPat Course and she is just amazing how she was able to get me to focus and what I really want in life and how to build it in to my life, she has a gift of being able to cut out all the noise in your mind and guide you towards what really is in important in your life, not what you think should be important in your life !
