Systematischer Software-Mangel: Xoro lässt Internetradios technisch verkommen!

„Eigentlich solide Hardware, aber softwareseitig ein Totalausfall. Bei meinen Geräten der Frontier-Plattform werden seit 2025/26 keine Album-Cover und keine Komponisten mehr angezeigt.
Es ist kein Hardware-Defekt: Beweisfotos von 2022 belegen, dass die Geräte damals sämtliche Metadaten perfekt darstellten. Dass heute nur noch Interpret und Titel erscheinen, liegt an der fehlenden Pflege des Magic Players. Die MAS Elektronik AG verweigert bisher notwendige Firmware-Updates für aktuelle Zertifikate. Ein Radio für mehrere hundert Euro darf nicht nach ein paar Jahren zur 'Text-Wüste' degradiert werden. Ich fordere die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Aktualisierungspflicht gemäß § 327f BGB! Schickt uns endlich ein Update!“
