I cannot thank Bobby and Masbo Cleaning enough. I spilt coffee and milk on the passenger front seat and in the footwell of my car and the smell was absolutely awful. It literally smelt of sick every time I got into my car. Bobby did his magic and the smell has completely gone. I am so grateful. I cannot recommend Masbo Cleaning enough.

Do not use this company, they aren’t trustworthy. Whilst cleaning our house at the end of tenancy, expensive items went missing. Avoid at all cost.

On Friday 15th December 2023, you rang to inform me that your wife’s dressing gown was missing from the property that we cleaned.
I promptly responded to your query that my workers and I did not see nor removed any gown from the property.
However, you insisted that you are going to report the matter to the police that it is a theft case so that they could investigate the matter.
Having been in business for over a decade during which we have been privileged to work for many reputable firms and individuals with no such issue or allegation.
There is nothing in this world that would make us steal someone else property as our reputation precedes us, and we believe that a good name is better than riches.
This your malicious accusation is an act of defamation. Therefore, I ask that you remove your negative comments from the Trustpilot and any other platform you may have also made any defamatory comment within the next 24 hours from date of this letter and advice against any further allegation.
Should you refuse to remove the comments, we will act to seek legal counsel.
