31 Days, No Product, Lost Package Claims Without Tracking-Avoid this site

I ordered a tie set from this website thirty-one days ago and the seller still hasn't shipped anything out yet. I tried reaching out to customer support for a tracking number and they told me that my order was lost in transit, they still failed to provide proof or a tracking number. Than they waited 11 more days to tell me that they will replace my lost order, and six more days have passed and nothing, this website is a scam.
