Poor quality item. Sent for refund. Complaint dismissed. Disgusting customer service...non existent.

I have ordered 4 pairs of trainers, they have not been delivered. Masdings is claiming they were delivered to the neighbour but the delivery photo shows the box being outside. They made me wait 4 weeks for absolutely no reason just to tell me they cannot assist me. Worst customer service ever! The agents are rather rude and anything but helpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They take no accountability and only blame you

Ordered a designer shirt through Masdings. The shirt arrived promptly and the quality was excellent. The price was less than buying direct from the makers as well! Top marks and I will shop with you again. Great service.

I ordered a pair of Timberland boat shoes and they arrived within 48 hours. The price was very competitive and I was happy with the service provided.

Have had the worse experience, after receiving a pair of marked suede clog shoes I returned them without even thinking there would be an issue! Only to be told I would not be receiving a refund and basically accused of being a liar as apparently they were in perfect condition when sent out!
Not only that, I am being chargers £7.99 for them to send them back out to me!!!!! I’m honestly disgusted and looking to take further action as this is NOT ok. Never known anything like it!

UPDATE: the reply from the company is also false as after instructing my bank to deal with them, I did indeed receive a refund! Never was the video evidence supplied proving that they were without said mark! What a shambles of a company

Good quality product at a bargin price, delivery and comunication were excelent.

Bargain price on a jacket. Phoned on Friday afternoon to discuss and they were very helpful. Received Monday morning so very fast delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased a shirt on Masdings unfortunately when I purchased this shirt the conformation which thankfully came through straight away stated that the shirt had been purchased in the wrong size. I contacted Masdings through their message service on their website & stated the issue & asked if my order could be changed to the correct size. Then after some time thought that they never would be able to manage this so bought a another one in the correct size as the shirt was on sale & low in stock (only 2 left). Thankfully their phone number was on their website so I thought I would contact them first thing the next morning & get the first order cancelled & refunded. Early the next morning they sent me an email stating that they had changed the size on my first order however, I had purchased a second shirt by then. I phoned Masdings first thing, explained the situation & they cancelled & refunded my first order. I am sure that this would not be possible for Masdings to do every time but it's nice to know that there are still companies out there who put the customer first. Can not fault Masdings in any way quick delivery as well. My husband love this shirt it's a funky, fun shirt, nice material & the shirt looks great on.

Beware of this company and the sister site oxygen clothing.

I returned an item that was delivered back on may 25th this year and they have denied the return. I now don’t have the item and I’m out of pocket over £100. This site and oxygen ignore emails, don’t have active live chat, don’t reply to the online form, don’t answer the phone. I resorted to Instagram and got one line reply’s denying a refund then they deleted all the messages and then deactivated the account.

They are thieves, they have taken over £100 from me and retained the return. Not at all what is expected from a reputable company.
It’s beyond disgusting. If they’ve done this to me they could be doing it to others. Avoid, shop at a larger reputable store where you have buyer protection.

Its original,size is perfect and delivery in couple of days.

Bought a Calvin Klein t-shirt. Delivered in time. However, size was small on me so I sent it back. I have received the amount. Trustable company.

Bought an expensive Valentino bag , 5 weeks later it’s falling apart . Contact masdings by email about it , they reply saying they need to contact the “ brand “ ? Why … I bought the bag from them . Chased this up and now they blank my emails . No reply in 2 weeks.
