Fantastic Company
Fantastic Company. I ordered some screws (because I make heavy hardwood doors, and the typical screws available these days are made out of paper mache, even -0.5mm pilot drilled & countersunk). And they sent me 1 packet that was the wrong gauge. I informed them, and without a photo or anything, they just agreed to send me out another packet for free. £15.00. Screws are also top notch, professional quality (tensile, shear, all of that), and the pozi-drives fit perfectly, and dont crunch/shatter under the smallest load.
