The item was damaged when it arrived. No response to two emails to try and arrange a return. The utensils are lovely, but the plastic (and very cracked) pot is cheap looking and obviously too flimsy.

No goods delivered, not answering emails.
Ordered from this site nearly a month ago, nothing has been delivered. Site has no contact details other than an info@ email address, which does not reply. Luckily I paid by card, so my bank can claw my payment back. Reported the site as fraudulent.

Ideal addition to the kitchen.
Love this set, colour is perfect for my kitchen and a good selection of tools.
Only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I feel some of the items i.e. fish slice could have been slightly larger. All the items are virtually identical in size. But on the whole good value for money.
