The masks are ok, but unfortunately even though the team is really nice and treats you well. I had issues with my order. First it was on Royal Mail's side, they didn't deliver it. Then Maskey said they would re send the order, but instead of sending the kids size (my order) they sent adult size with adjusters. Not my order, if I had wanted the adult size with adjusters, I would've ordered that.

I'm a bit tired of the back and forth so I'm just going to stop trying, and buy masks somewhere else. I'm not happy with the amount of money I spent on this, because now I have 10 adult size masks that are not comfortable to wear, and I will have to spend more money to get new ones that fit. Of course, from another brand.

The quality of the masks is really good, I had them before and they're really nice

Advertised as adjustable but they are not, so I will have to make them smaller myself. Unless you are a large man (and don't mind misleading product descriptions!) avoid.

Really great product. Delivered quickly and stayed in contact all through the process. Kelly in customer services was great and really helpful.

Excellent customer service going above and beyond to get me my mask after the vending machine failed to open.

A good product which (sadly) is still required!

Having bought a mask which was too big for me from a Retailer, I emailed Maskey asking if It would be possible to get adjusters (some of their masks have them included). I immediately received a reply asking for my address and the next day adjusters were received at no charge, I have fitted them and now have a perfectly fitting leopard skin mask :-).
That’s what I call excellent customer service!

Expected something better for this price. Far too large. Don't cover the face properly and not snug so hardly any protection . Not comfortable at all on the ears . Waste of money really on some rather mediocre quality masks

Excellent product and excellent service , especially during these challenging times

I recently placed my 3rd order of the year with Maskey as I have been so pleased with the product. I first became aware of the company, earlier in the year when the Director was on the One Show. My first order arrived within the 48 hour delivery promised. My second order included a free mask if you bought so many. The other great thing is you get free postage depending on your total purchase. I have just had my 3rd order, there was delay due to Royal Mail but I dealt with Emily in Customer Services. A few emails and my order was delivered. Emily was very business like and answered emails promptly. I would highly recommend Maskey products.

I am from the US and came across this company by purchasing a mask from the UK band Suede that was made by Maskey. I am very impressed with the mask’s quality and the fact that it was made in the UK. It’s much better quality than the majority of masks for sale in the US. The company was also very responsive to questions that I had and I received excellent customer service. 5 stars all around for Maskey!

I did have one mask which the ear loop broke, but after contacting customer services a replacement arrived next day.

I used a vending machine in Exeter city centre to buy my Maskey. The process was quick & easy.
There was a slight problem with my mask but it was sorted quickly and efficiently via email.
The masks are very comfortable and I personally think the pleats make breathing in the mask much easier.

I have ordered a dozen masks now (for the whole family) from Maskey and they are by far the best masks we have (and we have tried many!). They arrived well packaged and promptly. But on top of that the customer service is second to none. Emily was especially helpful when I got in touch. Order a maskey mask and you won't be disappointed.

Packing is excellent, product is decent but adult large isn’t large it’s average. Be far better with longer elastic and dongle to adjust. Just wasted £20 on two now binned don’t fit.

Ordered my masks to support both a small start up business and the 'green' agenda, but was really disappointed when they arrived. I ordered 2 x adult black masks, I consider my head size to be average for a female adult, but have to say the asks are massive - to the extent that I cannot wear them. Please check the sizing when you buy, I would struggle to see how these would adequately fit any adult female face/head
