I am very pleased with the service from Mas Kuchen. it is a very friendly and customer-focused oriented company. My expectation was exceeded my expectation. Additionally it needs to point out is the reasonable pricing strategy.

We love our new Nobila kitchen from MAS Kuchen! The units and work surfaces are excellent quality. Lisi is a fabulous designer; she spent loads of time talking to us so she understood what we wanted and the design is perfect for our needs. There was no pressure to put an order in, unlike other suppliers who tell you 'this offer is only if you order by Sunday', for example. The fitter, Barry, made an excellent job of the fitting and was very personable, We felt comfortable leaving him to get on with the job whilst we were out at work. We don't feel we can give 5 stars, however, as there were a couple of incorrect or damaged items which took longer than we would have liked to be replaced. Most of the kitchen (and utility room) was fitted in the first week of November last year, but the final piece of work surface was only fitted on 17th February, so the job went on a bit. (Although the kitchen was perfectly usable during that delay.) Communication could have been a little better too - for example some emails weren't answered as promptly as we would have liked. But all in all we're very happy and would recommend MAS Kuchen.

Very happy with all that MAS Kuchen have done, from the design through to the delivery of the kitchen, the service was excellent. The quality of the kitchen is very good. We had our own kitchen fitter arranged, and Marco helpfully met him and went through the best way to install, and gave some helpful tips. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Really satisfied with the service from Marco at MAS kutchën. We had our kitchen designed at a different vendor but price was higher than expected so turned to MAS kutchën for comparison and was about £5k cheaper! Only regret (our fault) is that we instructed our own fitters rather than using MAS kutchën’s recommendation which was a big mistake for various reasons including time and expertise. However, Marco was kind enough to offer advice and even replaced a dishwasher door front FREE OF CHARGE when our fitter installed the original one incorrectly thus damaging it. Highly recommended.

The kitchen fitters suggested by Marco at Mas Kuchen and who were great, left yesterday evening - job done………… and this morning around 3.00am, I snuck downstairs to look again at my new MasKuchen kitchen - I think the kitchen I bought is stunning! For quality and all the workmanship that goes into it in Germany coupled with the in house service which helped guide me through the myriad of choices and possibilities I have felt the care expertise and interest of Lisi and Marco. I would really recommend MasKuchen if you are considering a new kitchen - really

Mas Kuchen was one of a number of kitchen showrooms that we visited in Reading and from the first visit we knew that this was the place we wanted to buy our kitchen from. Lisi was wonderful, she was professional and spent time designing our perfect kitchen, giving her expert advice on all stages of the design. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and looks fabulous, we have had so many lovely comments from friend's and family of how wonderful it looks. We had a limited budget but still wanted a quality product, which we were able to achieve thanks to Lisi and Mas Kuchen. We would highly recommend this company for its customer service and its quality products.

From start to finish, Marco and Mark provided great service. Lisi the designer did such a great job in advising us to what would work in our space, and gave us ideas we had never thought of.
Delivered and installed on time with no issues..such a relief and it seemed throughout that they really cared for us and we weren't lost in a huge company where we were just another number.

We are 100% happy with our fabulous kitchen and the great service we received from Marco at Mas Kuchen.

From the minute we stepped into the showroom we were impressed. Marco was helpful, attentive and listened to what we wanted and the ideas we had. He helped source worktops we’d seen in a magazine and turned one of our ideas into reality in collaboration with our amazing builder.

We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable the Nobilia kitchens were and impressed with the quality of the units, especially now that the kitchen is in use. The lighting we purchased from Marco is the ‘icing on the cake’.

Throughout the process, Marco has been happy to answer questions, offer guidance and assistance, right through to answering after-sales queries.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Marco and Mas Kuchen to anyone wanting a new kitchen. Fabulous!

After being to almost every kitchen showroom in Reading , I can only say we’ve been so lucky finding this place and Lisi. Best customer service , care and design by miles and excellent response to everything, always putting the customer first with excellent prices and no hidden costs!! An excellent filter too Mark. All of you Thank you !

A 5 star company with a 5 star service, Marco and his team are a class above the rest. Avoided using larger companies through fear of being just a number and MAS Kuchen made it feel more personal.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with Marco and his team.
Really enjoyed designing the kitchen in Mas Kuchen’s superb showroom, excellent creative ideas and an understanding in how best to utilise space has given us an incredible kitchen, we wanted a contrasting kitchen with work tops & splash back and this was truly delivered with aplomb.
The quality of product is brilliant and installation was a joy to watch, I would and am recommending Mas Kuchen to anybody interested in a new kitchen.

Marco helped us design our dream kitchen and was there all the way though to completion. Having fitted kitchens himself he had great ideas for the design and we had some different ideas which he took on and made better! The kitchen was being fitted as part of an extension and we had a few delays, which Marco was very flexible with. His fitters were a delight, incredibly helpful and amazing workmanship.
We were concerned about aftersales and customer service with some of the big companies...Marco really shows them how it can be done.
We definitely made the right decision, Marco came over this morning to look at the job and he seemed as proud as I am!

I am thrilled with our new kitchen. From the design and planning stages to the final fit Marco has been so helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider Mas Kuchen.

Ordered our new kitchen through Mas Kuchen, very happy with the quality of the furniture and the build quality. My son installed the kitchen as he is a carpenter so we didn’t get the kitchen installed by them. However the after sales service was fantastic couple of item we had to get changed and this was done in a timely manner with no fuss very happy would recommend to friends and family.

We visited Wickes, Wren + Marco & Lisi at Mas Kuchen and so I’m pleased we went with Mas. The spec and quality the units are far superior to other retailers and very competitively priced. Wren tempt you with interest free payments but in truth it’s not when you factor in the overflatted pricing on some elements. Don’t go anywhere until you speak to the team at Mas Kuchen! 👍👍

Wonderful product, great service, Marco has a lot of patience when it comes to customers changing their minds and his knowledge and expertise really helped to makevthecright decision. My kichen has been fitted for nearly six months now and there’s nothing I’d change. would highly recommend MAS Kuchen.

I usually don't leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. Marco has been great to deal with from start to finish, he delivered exactly what he promised and we're really happy with the finished product.

The choice of door finishes was the most important thing for me and Mas Kuchen had a good range of Matt finishes.
The price was very competitive and the units were delivered when they said they would be. The fact the units come already made up is great as it speeds up installation.
Would definitely recommend a visit when choosing a kitchen
