I just visited the Mason-Manhattan website on the advice of a friend. I was specifically looking for boots, but they have lots of nice stuff on there. I’m trying to decide between two pairs so I checked what I would do if I had a question and they have an email and an actual phone number to talk to a person. That rarely happens these days. It just seems like a really classy place that cares about its customers

While the website is subpar, the clothing and customer service is exactly. I ordered the wrong and was easily able to get an exchange. Return label and packaging provided. Will definitely shop here again.
