Do not buy from them or anyone similar. A total sham. Goods received were shoddy and not a s pictured. Returned to China at my considerable cost. Nothing but lies and fobbing off from customer services. ^ months later, no refund.

Terrible company with shocking customer service. I've been waiting over 2 months fir a refund and just keep getting bullshit emails. Worst company I have dealt with. Ever. Do not use, bunch of scammers.

This company is total scam they didn’t send me my order and started saying they don’t have size available when I asked to send money back they are not ready to do that I been keep sending them emails for more than 2 months they are just doing drama . Don’t order any product please they are shit

It's just a blatant scam company, ordered a jacket, that same day I could no longer find the jacket on the store page, it's cheap shit sent from china and looks nothing like what was advertised and the quality is like that of a cheap Halloween costume, the site looks legit and very well made but the quality of their products is a different story, may as well have ordered off wish.com, avoid these scammers at all costs

Since writing this, the company got in touch, they are refusing to stick to their own returns policy, on the site it states that if you're not satisfied you have a 30 day returns window, they are refusing to send me a return label, their reason is that it must be my poor lighting that is making the jacket look different then what was advertised on the site, and it not their responsibility, definitely stay away from this company

This company is a fast and they are selling items that are not correctly sized and not fit for purpose.
very slow to respond to respond you are better of going to a charity shop to by clothing and giving them the money to help someone in need.

I ordered 2 items from this company. The quality of the items delivered was lower than I would have expected, but we decided they were wearable. Although unfortunately a shirt was too small. So I contacted the company because there was no return slip in the parcel, so I couldn't use it to follow their returns procedure. After asking me for pictures of the shirt being worn(!), they said there was nothing wrong with the shirt because it wasn't faulty. They said their return policy is for damaged or incorrect items. Therefore they would offer me a 25% refund. The actual policy on their website is that you had 30 days for a refund or exchange if it 'doesn't feel right'. They are slow to reply to emails and it feels like they are hoping I'll just give up and go away.

All of this is in addition to the very slow delivery time! Their website says items come from the factory, but non of the addresses (UK and abroad) make it clear the items are coming from China. Also, it was over a week and a half from ordering to dispatch. Avoid this company like the plague.

Don't buy from them, it is fraudulent website, the site looks pleasing, however it is a smokescreen. Ordered a jacket they didn't send it. I contacted them, they sent me emails in Dutch.
