Very happy with the items - excellent quality. The price was good and they came quicker than I expected.

A little bit of pre event nerves about delivery but needn't have worried! A quick email and I received a prompt phone call to reassure me and my order arrived as promised. Really well packaged to protect contents and quality of regalia is superb. I would certainly recommend

Terrible company and literally no customer service.
No order confirmation sent after ordering, nothing.
Then informed that i haven’t placed an order with them !!

When payment evidence was provided I received an email claiming that they had sent an order confirmed but the date was clearly some days after the order was actually made and paid for.

For a month I sent emails chasing my order, most were sent multiple times before they were eventually replied too.

After a month of waiting and paying extra for 1st class delivery I was Eventually informed that order will be late (I had waited over a month) due to the war in the Middle East.
Not even an apology.

Even the refund was delayed and emails chasing went unanswered.
Absolute disgrace.

My advice is go elsewhere.
I don’t like being lied to, I didn’t like the company or its arrogant representatives.

As a comparison of how things should be done, I ordered what I needed from Essexmason.com. Had the order fulfilled in under a week, not a month !!!

One star is too higher a rating.

Terrible service, been chasing my order no response to emails, called them been told deliveries to Guildford are impacted by the war in Iran. I suggest find another firm.

Next day delivery was advertised yet having paid extra for this service, and ordered before the cut off time, my order took two days to arrive.

Product is of high quality, the promised discount was applied and the product was delivered as promised.

The soft cases are excellent and like many second generation products a significant improvement on the originals.
My only gripe was I was initially told they were out of stock; surprisingly because I responded almost immediately to the advert. But it was a glitch and when, having emailed in the interim, I went online the following morning all was good.

Delivered as promised within a couple of days, exactly as described, very good quality. Used for a meeting a few days later.

I recently purchased an item from Masonic collection only to receive a phone call from them stating they had made a mistake in the price (they hadn’t charged the tax) and expected me to rectify their error so I stated that if the seller makes a mistake it’s the sellers issue not the buyer
The guy from their sales team (Lawrence) then stated that if I didn’t pay they would cancel my order as I have had a similar issue with Masonic collection when they charged the wrong price again that timeI paid for their mistake as I needed the item
This time I was not willing to put right their issue so they cancelled my order say also said that they had had the same error with other buyers and they were expecting everyone to put right their error

Masonic Collection do what they say, I can't fault their service
