Mason slots has bad customer service and practices stall tactics, not cool
I have played almost every online casino for the last 15 years and this casino practices stall tactics imo, I deposited 200 and lost a bit and then tried cashing out, it is my way of testing out the casinos, which they said they wanted all the typical documents which I submitted, anyway they just kept stalling and wouldn't approve. One of the only online casinos that did this to me in the last year, I'll never go back, I couldn't care less about the 200, I rarely write reviews but I would like to warn people about bad customer service, especially with online casinos, I don't even trust most review on here, I'll trust Reddit over any reviews online, be safe ppl

It is nog a good casino. I understand, the casino is there to make money. But come on?
You deposed for example 4/500 euro, and litterely no bonus, not even in the game you get something. And no, this is not a one time experience, but 90% of my experience.
- if you get money, they will search a reason to not give it. you have to send the same documents again for example, the 'ip' address not correct, always the same problem.
- not big wins. So.. if you are very lucky, and you get something on the casino, it is not more than 500,- there are nog big wins on this casino.
Please, don't begin here. I have closed my account, and never again will I be there!
