I was having problems with my upper…
I was having problems with my upper back, shoulders and neck and decided to book here, the Sutton Coldfield branch. The massage therapist, Eviia talked to me about what I was experiencing, understanding fully what I needed. The deep tissue massage really helped relieve the tension and I now book in once a month with Eviia. Honest feedback is given with suggestions. The branch is clean, all the staff I have met so far are very friendly and professional. It’s easy to book my next massage when I am there and there is no pressure to have upgrades. Completely satisfied with my experiences so far.

Great experience
I was greeted by some lovely faces at reception when I arrived. Then, I met Nyarayi who was fantastic! She greeted me with a smile and introduced herself beautifully. During my massage, she checked in with me and asked how the pressure was. I have had many massages and I’ve never gone back to the same place. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Nyarayi because she was incredible and I felt so relaxed afterwards! She listened to exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much Nyarayi! You were so professional and I really enjoyed my experience because of you.

Great massage but pushy sales techniques
Great massage & experience overall, I would have given 5 stars but losing 2 stars due to quite aggressive & pushy sales techniques.
I’ve seen several reviews since 2024 so it seems to be quite recurrent…
They convince you to go on a monthly membership even though you didn’t ask for it and they tell you if you change your mind it’s fine you can just cancel no hassle etc.
I’ve then replied to the email saying please cancel, they then emailed me back trying to convince me to stay and « if you don’t reply « confirm cancel » to this email we won’t cancel and you’ll be charged etc. »
I’ve of course replied « confirm cancel » earlier today but from what I can read from other comments it seems that a bit of back & forth is required to ensure that you won’t get charged as your credit card details are on file…
It really is a shame as I enjoyed this experience and I would have considered going maybe once every 2-3 months but after this pushy behaviour I will probably not return.

The staff at the MC in Camberley are always so welcoming & the therapists are lovely and very professional. I use Cait regularly & she always remembers the hard spots & knows areas that need more work before even I do. Overall a very relaxing and healthy experience.

No more pain after years of suffering
After having a motorcycle crash and being in pain for some years and moving to Camberley, I decided to try The Massage Company, see if maybe they can do something about my pain. Here I found Grace, who is the only one that managed to get me to feel more normal again and not suffer from my back injury every day anymore. I could not recommend her enough, she has been absolutely amazing and professional every time. I became a regular instantly and I can finally redo things I enjoyed pain free because of her.
If I could give more than 5 stars for her, I would without hesitating

Great results from Sam A at MC
I cannot rate Sam A at the massage company highly enough! I was getting pain behind my left kneecap every time I ran and was resigned to having to pay for an MRI and to see a specialist, but Sam has sorted it out. He is a great massage therapist

I booked an introductory massage for…
I booked an introductory massage for £59 to include hot stone massage £12. I specifically asked for focus to be on my hamstrings after knee surgery. This wasn’t done. The massage was ok but didn’t address the issue I went for . Therapist was professional in his attitude. The massage wasn’t bad but wasn’t what I had asked for . When I mentioned the hot stones he said he hadn’t checked properly . The receptionist said I could add it in next time where the cost goes up to £120 for a 50 minute massage . She then tried to sell me a subscription . I won’t be returning . I have asked them to remove their reply as it’s not true but no response .

On this one occasion, the therapist did make an error in not seeing you had selected Hot Stones for your treatment. We apologise for this error, and we did offer for you to try it for free for your next appointment, as you said you were thinking of returning. We were happy to explain the Membership/Non-Membership prices as you did mention that you were thinking of coming again.

Great therapists
They have some very good Therapists. My Therapist was Sam and did a Deep tissue massage, and I strongly recommend him. He took time to understand my needs and offered a great service. He is highly trained therapist with great knowledge of sports massage.

Maria is the best masseuse ever
Maria is the best masseuse ever. I have regular massage with her and she has made such a difference to my overall tension in a short space of time. Maria is also very knowledgeable and I trust her implicitly. She is also a very lovely lady!

Had a massage here and first and foremost it was great (the only reason my review is not 1 star). The issue was after the massage the person at the reception gave a heavy sales pitch to get me to take a subscription, which I did not want. He asked me they needed a card on their system as it was company policy. I thought fine, only to receive an email after I had left telling me I had signed up for a subscription with my card! Luckily I was still in the area and went back to confront the receptionist on this as it was clearly fraudulent and dishonest! I got the subscription cancelled but have noticed other reviews calling out the same tactics. Be aware.

Firstly, I am super glad you enjoyed the massage. You had a fantastic therapist, and she has helped dozens of people with their aches and tensions.
On the membership sign up, I need to be clear: we should never take payment for a membership unless a customer has clearly and explicitly agreed to it. If that wasn’t made crystal clear at the time, that’s on us — and it’s not acceptable.
We’ve addressed this internally and reinforced our training and sign-up process to ensure it shouldn't happen again.
I’d really like to speak with you directly about your experience and put this right as much as I can. Please contact the centre and ask for Kav!
Just what i needed 😌
Was recommended this place by my sister who goes to a different location. I very rarely get massages as someone who is also in the industry, I'm very particular with massage and want to ensure I get my money's worth with a GOOD treatment. My therapist, Mahendra, was very skilled and knowledgeable, and kept checking my comfort throughout. I honestly felt like a weight had been lifted off me, with all the tension released. I immediately signed up for the membership, which is excellent value.
