In 2021 I purchased a brand new 2021 Massimo MSU 800-5 Dominator UTV from a dealership for a price of around $17,000. with tax included. Everything started off great and I very much enjoyed the unit which I only used for family enjoyment on asphalt and gravel roads in our community where it is legal to do so. It was never off roaded or abused always garaged and well kept. Despite of all of the awful reviews and complaints on social media about the Massimo brand I was well satisfied, that is to say until at around 4700-miles when the belt broke and the primary and secondary clutch also got torn up. Now my unit has been in the shop for weeks while they struggle to find the correct parts to repair it because Massimo allegedly due to the fact that that particular years model was a mix of ODES Dominator Parts and Massimo brand parts because the companies had split off from each other and neither wanted to take any further responsibility for this 2021 model or keep parts in stock to repair it. So, I am stuck with my unit in a reputable repair shop that is struggling to find the correct replacement parts. It is my opinion that Massimo Motors is a terrible brand and company and should not be trusted when considering the expensive purchase of a piece of powersports equipment like a SXS UTV. It may well be that I am now stuck with a very expensive non-moving yard ornament!

I would have given this negative stars if I could. I read all the reviews and fully expected to be getting Chinese junk. I like to tinker, so no big deal I thought. However, I didn't expect the go kart to never run. Not once. No spark. I replaced the entire electrical system with parts I had to buy myself, which required pulling the motor, and determined that the issue was with the engine itself. The manufacturer was zero help, and in fact hung up on me while trying to troubleshoot and refused to take or return my calls after I told them how frustrating they were for refusing to take any responsibility. I returned the stupid thing to Tractor Supply and went and bought a Mudhead 208R from a local ATV store. Way better kart for about the same price.
