This is the worst service ever tried on my life.
I GOT BANNED WITH MORE THAN 100K from Instagram.

ABSOLUTILY DON'T USE THIS APPLICATION!!!

it was good but, after Instagram updated. they move website and setting new options and now Story view CAN NOT WORK. only mass poller, answer, slide there are not that good results :( RIP
What should I do with my 2years subscribe

Bad ! They use to be good around august but then Instagram updated the algorithms and masslooking has no way around it! So don’t believe them when they say they are gonna fix it because they aren’t and they will get your Instagram deleted and shadow banned the masslooking.cloud DOES NOT WORK Anymore sadly I won’t be getting my money back for the 3 months I paid for

When I signed up for this service I was a bit desperate with my Instagram account performance. I was late to the game and was frantically looking for a solution that can help to gain followers.

I stumbled upon mass looking service and got hooked. It sounded too good to be true. I thought myself "oh, wow, my account can be potentially viewed by millions" how cool is that? Surely I will get thousands of new followers.

After subscribing and paying, problems began almost immediately.
If you are used to an average quality US customer service, you will be disappointed. Mass looking and Alexander Sakharov who runs the company delivers a fairly subpar/dodgy/full of excuses customer service. Most of the time expect to be ignored/brushed off or in the best case scenario get some canned response.

Want your money back? Forget about it! Service doesn't work? We will fix it soon! The problem wasn't resolved? - No response. Get a warning from Instagram that your account will be blocked? Not their problem.

Through the course of our relationship I've received two account hack warnings, I am pretty sure my account is shadowbanned now.
Besides that, the site was buggy, it was never clear if service is running or stopped. Overall it was frustrating.

Yes, I did receive a few hundred followers and I am pretty sure these are real people but at what cost?

If you considering long term health of your account, DO NOT DEAL with this mostly fraudulent service. Not only you will encounter problems, service interruptions, and poor customer service, your account will very likely get shadowbanned.

This company and this type of service is a very grey area that will consume your resources and will get you in toruble in a long run.

Started getting DMs from people because I said "YES" to their stories even though I haven't. I only gave access to mass looking... that's it and when I was looking around on Instagram my password changed, luckily not my email so I could log back in, so I had to explain to everyone that i didn't say yes to their stories... if u want your account compromised, here you are. DONT USE THIS!

I am so disappointed by this company. On October 3 I paid for one month of their service but have never gotten it.
They said they did not get my money. I sent them confirmation but it was not enough for them and they recommended to call to my bank. I did, the bank said that everything was fine, my transaction pending.
Today I have a charge on my bank account from them and Masslooking just not react on my messages and they banned me.
I sent proof of transaction to then but it did not help.
It is so bad!!

The best service in the world!!!
I've tried many websites and tools, but it is really #1. The highest speed, the best profit, you can make much more money with this.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

You cant really watch stories while system is running on your page unlike other companies.
