COVID makes even normal everyday tasks more difficult, so when my car broke down and I was told it wasn't economical to repair I thought getting a replacement was going to be far from easy. I was going to have to purchase a replacement vehicle without test drives, or on the whole not being able to look over any prospective purchase.
So I searched online for the type of vehicle that I was interested in. That's when I came across MASTER CARS. I had a look through their stock list which had the exact car that I was looking for. Reading further I found that they did Nationwide delivery. I also did checks on the company which came back very favourable on sites such as Trust Pilot. Based on all this I decided to e-mail the company. I had a very prompt response from Tim who answered all my questions. I sent a few other e-mails to clarify some points before I made the phone call to Tim on the Monday. A deal was agreed and the car was delivered on a trailer on the Thursday exactly as described and exactly as in the pictures. I purchased the warranty for piece of mind and the car came with a 14 day money back guarantee. At the time of writing I couldn't be happier, but I know that should I have a problem Tim would be more than happy to help.

Being over 300 miles away and Covid travel restrictions preventing a site visit or test drive meant I was looking to buy on trust. I recently purchased a Audi from Master cars and I have to say it was once of the most pleasurable experiences, I have ever had purchasing a car. Excellent customer service,Tim was great they made the whole transaction easy from start to finish. Car didn’t have a Handbook and Tim told me not to worry he would send one out to me. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from here as cars are in great condition and the customer service is 1st class.

I recently bought a car from Mastercars and the service was excellent, the owner is knowledgeable and not pushy which is great when trying to source a new car. I enquired about booking an appointment to see the car and received a prompt response. The car was beautifully presented when I arrived. The selection of cars is impressive and the knowledge of the vehicles was incredible. I was advised on the number of options for financing the car and the website is professional and very well thought through, the finance calculator is a great tool to use. The car was delivered promptly and when requested. The driver was incredibly friendly and I couldn’t be happier with my new car. I would definitely recommend Mastercars to anyone.

Arranging a test drive was quick and easy I drove 3 hours to go and view the car on a Saturday. Tim was really helpful and took me on a long test drive and let me have a good feel for the car and drive on the way back. Showed me all the features on the car. Didn't pressurerise me into purchasing it and I payed for the car by bank transfer and the car was delivered the following Thursday for no extra charge and my old car traded in will definitely buy from them again. Arranging a test drive was quick and efficient (as well as COVID safe!) and there was no hard sell. All the features of the car were well explained to me and the car was a fantastic example of the high quality well maintained vehicles sold by dealer. I called in to view an MG which I had seen on a website. I had a nice casual chat with Tim, who let me inspect the vehicle and gave me a detailed history of its previous owner. Having paid a deposit, I arranged collection and part exchange, which we completed several days later. The car was immaculately presented in the showroom, then given a final clean before I drove it away. Altogether a pleasant experience and I recommend Master Cars.

So after having previous bad experiences buying cars from small dealerships, Tim was top notch in every step of the process. He was very informative and able to answer all questions I had and any small issues such as a couple kerb marks and scratch was resolved before buying and you would never know they were there! Even got 12 months breakdown cover and 3 months warrenty from RAC for free. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car. He even kept in contact after sale to make sure everything was okay. Top notch!
