This company’s employees just ignore you. You call the number listed on their website, send emails, and if you are lucky, they reply that they will get back to you with an answer. But they never do.

Long delivery time
I ordered some solar panels, paid for them, and only then did I read these negative reviews. So I was skeptical about whether I’d actually receive the panels. It took almost two months, but the order finally arrived. Fortunately, I didn’t need them right away, but considering the price, it’s okay. Communication with the seller was fine.

Do not deal with this company
The company sales people do ignore customers, several reminders over the phone and email do not work, they continue to ignore you. Escalation to their managers/mother company does not work, nobody cares.

Stolen around €1700
Aug 17th I bought a Deye inverter... And canceled the order a few hours after as I by mistake had chosen the wrong freight method. Even though it was a 'pickup order' they made a withdrawal of the money right away (around €1700)
MasterEnergy.eu haven't paid back the money and they don't even reply on my mails anymore.
Don't ever trust those guys...
