EZFit skiboot insoles are the best thing next to spending 3x the price for custom insoles. My feet no longer ache after a hard day of skiing.

Order received Sunday January 30. Packed and labeled Monday January 31. Picked up by the Postal Carrier from our shipping facility Tuesday Feb 1 and scanned into the USPS system when it arrived at their facility Feb 2. All well within our stated shipping time window of 3 business days to fulfill and deliver packages to the selected carrier. As of the date of this review, the tracking indicates that the package is awaiting international transfers to the Canadian postal system. While I empathize with all on how sporadic shipping has been for the past two years, this package appears to be making good time for an international shipment. If the package does not arrive in a reasonable time, we will be happy to refund you. But the speed of delivery is completely out of our control at this point.
Excellent service from Masterfit
I can't review the Masterfit insoles I purchased at this time as I've not used them and I have to rely on the advertising that they are at least as good as sliced bread. Seriously, they look to be just what I need in my ski boots and will try them as soon as I go skiing (which may be in late February). I will comment about the great service provided by the Masterfit staff in providing updated shipping information and sending these out in a very short time.

Zapz insoles - great product!
The directions to customize the Zapz insoles was excellent. No trouble at all in making a custom insole for my daughter's ski racing ski boots. Excellent price for the product and the Zapz are long lasting. My son put Zapz in his ski boots when he was ski racing in college and still uses the same insoles today. His Zaps are at least 10 years old with many hundreds of hard days of skiing on them. Great product!
