Really good job, kept in touch all the way reminders before arrival a few days before on the day and when they were 30 mins away, serviced the boiler, a clean and accurate job

Lee is wonderful. He's always been so helpful and is just a call away. He's recently helped my Mom with a boiler issue and tap repair and where most other plumbers would of just changed and charged for a new part, he saved my Mom money by fixing and repairing the existing part. Cracking service, highly recommend him.

Gas Engineer Lee of MasterGas Heating and Plumbing,recently replaced our old combi boiler with a new, state of the art, condensing boiler. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had an initial problem with the software control, which was no fault of his. He came back next day,in his own time and expense, with an alternative controller.Fortunately we didn't need it, as Lee had already chased the boiler manufacturer responsible for the software update issue. He got them to call us and they corrected their problem, but Lee went the extra mile to ensure that we weren't going without heat (in December). All fine now.
We've asked MasterGas to maintain our boiler 10 year guarantee by booking him for it's annual services.

Lee is always polite and will explain things to you in a clear precise way so that you know exactly what is needed. He is a very professional and tidy workman but most important trustworthy.

I have used Lee several times, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with his workmanship. From fitting a new boiler, blanking off a disused pipe and servicing. And a added bonus of being fair priced.

Lee fitted a new boiler in to my home. He was very professional and courteous. He was on time and if he had any problems he would let me know. He gave me good advice going forward with my heating system. The price he quoted was the price I paid he didn’t try and add on additional costs. we found lee ,who installed a new boiler for us , lee was very professional , new what he was doing , any questions we asked he answered them , when lee had finished he took all of our old boiler and parts with him and cleaned up after him .
he also explained to us how to use the new boiler .

Lee fitted a boiler for me last year and did a fantastic job. This week he came to do the yearly service on my boiler and when I explained I’d got a problem with my kitchen sink draining he sorted that as well.

Lee came to remove and isolate a radiator and remove a toilet. He was very professional and even afterwards was happy to offer advice on a few unrelated heating issues. I felt the price was good too.
