I ordered 4 of these masterpieces, and while most of them were excellent, one was not. The dies face was not centered on the bearing, on several sides, causing it to grind slightly and to bind. I simply recorded a short video detailing the issue, and sent it to their support team and they shipped me a brand new die, with no defects, so 4 out of 4 great products!

The dice arrived quickly and my order was accurate. We noticed that the paint started to peel on one of the dice and we e-mailed Master Dice and they responded to my e-mail quickly and offered to replace it with a new one for free and super quickly. I was able to give the dice as a present in time for Christmas. Love the dice and love the excellent customer service that I received.

I wasn't happy with the first dice I ordered, and they sent me a new one right away, no charge, that's just what I hoped for. Great service, and a great product!

I gave these dice out as Christmas gifts, my friends LOVED them! They're such high quality, heavy, and very well made! They spin easily and are absolutely gorgeous! I love the brilliant colors and the characters on each side! Love these!!! The dice were shipped quickly and safely. I did need to contact customer service to add a few dice to my order, they were very responsive and accommodating! Excellent product with top notch customer service, couldn't ask for more!

I have bought 5 of these dice and they are BEAUTIFUL! The colors are bold, and they feel nice and hefty in your hand. When you spin them, they spin very smoothly and will go for quite a while. I bought one for each member of my D&D party because of how they reacted to seeing my Paladin dice.

I also had some minor confusion with one of my orders so I contacted their customer service. I could not be happier with the speed at which they responded and their solution to my problem (which was MY error).

I cannot say enough about Masterdice. They are phenomenal and I would encourage everyone to shop with them!
