There’s never been a company who’s been more helpful and caring. This company has been by my side from day 1. From complety indecisive to sizing and ordering then returning it for my own craziness with the first jacket and then second jacket had a leather discrepancy ( a little thinner only in the shoulder which they MADE me take a brand new custom jacket!)

Went completely out of their way to not only make sure my jackets were perfect but offered to do whatever was needed to make it perfect for me.
I have now two perfect jackets. It’s been 2 years since my first and now 2 months since my second. They are bada**. The leather is real, it’s the perfect thickness according to each jacket. The fits are solid. Everything about everything is just amazing. I will never need to get another jacket from anywhere else ( other than for different styles of other makers if I wanted. ) but they hit all the marks for me. Customer service. Material. Style, fit and customer service. Can’t brag more.

Excellent company. Lane and Josh helped me. Both were phenomenal at customer service. I ordered a nice leather jacket size Large. It was a tad bit too small. I was right in-between sizes. They offered to make me one custom to fit my size and needs. How rad! They were so patient with me and I am now a customer for life. The quality is very good and their service is top tier. They respond fast!

What a fantastic experience! Josh's prompt email communication was incredibly refreshing. I would follow the instructions and order a custom jacket to start out. As a large guy, 6'4.7" 220lbs a good fitting leather jacket for a fair price was nothing but a dream. Until Master Supply Co. Less than 3 weeks after they had my measurements I had an amazing black leather racer. Fantastic!

The customer service is unmatched. I needed to exchange my size, the response was immediate. Josh assisted me with proper sizing and followed up with urgency. The jacket itself is amazing. Great quality and fit. As it breaks in it gets only better. You will not regret buying one.

Beautiful jackets

MSC is truly awesome. I've got 4 MSC jackets, but when they announced the Hardline - it looked so good, I had to get one. I wanted to make a small modification to it, so I got in touch with the guys, and spoke with Josh, and he and team got me sorted! Customer service is top-notch. Have had the Hardline for a few weeks now, and it's starting to break in beautifully.
I've left a review before, but this is the first time I've got in touch about a custom jacket/modification. Cannot fault these guys.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Master Supply. Lane answered all of my questions and helped to walk me through finding the right size. Great customer service. And I still don’t understand how the parcel made it all the way from Pakistan to Austin, TX in four days. Mind blown.

The jacket itself is built like the proverbial brick sh¡t house and deserves a verse in Guy Clark’s “Stuff That Works”. It’s built to last. And it smells good.

I am a middling four on a good day, but the Goldrush elevates me to a solid seven and you can bet that I’m going to wear it every chance I get. The design has rugged Big Sky vibes, and, in fact, the only thing that makes me feel cooler than this jacket is my dog. Rarefied space indeed.

If you’re on the fence, just do it. Treat yourself; you deserve it. The world is going to hell in a bucket, so why not enjoy the ride and look good while you’re at it.

You might regret a lot of decisions in your life; buying this jacket won’t be one of them.

Master Supply Co has incredible customer service. I got in contact with Lane & Josh from Master Supply Co and both helped me with making sure I had the correct measurements for my custom jackets. Making sure I picked the right sizing for me was important because shipping and importing the jackets to EU is a tall order.

Everything fits perfectly and I'm extremely happy with my new jackets. I will 100% buy more jackets in the future. Thank you again, the quality of the jackets are superb!
